Tom Kirkland is a fantastic compact dwarf Zonal Pelargonium that has bright magenta pink flowers that are almost fluorescent and a bushy habit. 

This plant featured on our stand at BBC Gardeners World 2026 where we were awarded a gold medal!

 

These plants are supplied in a 6cm biodegradable pot which you can put straight into the pot or location you wish.  As time goes on the pot will simply compost down and the plant will happily grow on.

 

Position: Full sun

Hardiness: Requires protection from frost

Growing media: A loam based compost or a good quality multipurpose compost.

Growth rate:  Fast

Flowering period: All year round

 

How to care for your plant:

 If used as summer bedding plant at least 40cm apart.
 Remove dead flowers regularly and feed once a week with a high potash feed (a good tomato feed will do it!) to encourage a better & longer flowering season.
 Water well, then allow compost to dry before watering again.
