Refund policy
At Growing Crazy we guarantee to only send you top quality plants and will check they are all ok before dispatching them. We carefully wrap up each plant and box each order by hand to make sure the plants do not get damaged in transit.
If your plants do not arrive via the courier in the condition you expect please contact us as soon as possible, including photos if you can, via sales@growingcrazy.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We don't want any of our customers to be disappointed so will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Refunds
If we deem there to be sufficient evidence to prove that the plants/courier are at fault, we will aim to replace them free of charge. If the plants are not at fault but a refund is still required, we reserve the right to request plants be returned in their original packaging and in good condition within 7 days of receipt.
We cannot be responsible for the future health of plants when plants are grown in conditions beyond our control although we are quite prepared to give advice on growing problems.
Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order from the day of ordering until the date of dispatch. However, because of the nature of the goods, once we have dispatched your plants, under section 13, paragraph 1c of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulation 2000, goods that are made to the consumer specifications or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly means your statutory 7 working days cooling off period is void. Before dispatch, plants are examined and packed with great care to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.
Once the plants have been delivered safely the ownership has passed from us to the customer. We cannot be responsible for the health of plants when they are grown in conditions not under our control, although we are quite prepared to give advice on growing problems.
