P. echinatum album is a very pretty and interesting plant to grow. It has a bushy habit with long stems producing a fireworks display of pure white flowers with almost heart shaped red markings on its upper petals - for this reason it was known for a long time as the 'sweetheart pelargonium'.
In high heat it may shed its leaves and have an almost cactus-like spikey stem, but when temperatures cool it will resume growth with lush foliage and beautiful flowers.
These plants are supplied in a 6cm biodegradable pot which you can put straight into the pot or location you wish. As time goes on the pot will simply compost down and the plant will happily grow on.
Size of plants will vary depending on the variety due to different growing habits. Photos are provided as an example and will differ from the plant supplied.
