Growing Crazy at RHS Badminton Flower Show & RHS Malvern Spring Festival

We’re delighted to share some exciting news for the 2026 season – Growing Crazy will be exhibiting at both RHS Badminton Flower Show and RHS Malvern Spring Festival.

These shows are real highlights in the gardening calendar, and we’re very much looking forward to bringing a carefully curated selection of Pelargoniums out of the greenhouses and into the showground.

Two Special Royal Horticultural Society Shows

RHS Badminton Flower Show promises to be one of the most elegant and relaxed RHS events, set within the stunning grounds of Badminton Estate. With its mix of specialist nurseries, beautiful planting, and knowledgeable visitors, it will be a perfect home for heritage and characterful Pelargoniums!

RHS Malvern Spring Festival is a firm favourite too – vibrant, busy, and full of enthusiasm for plants. It’s always a joy to meet both familiar faces and new Pelargonium converts there, and to see just how much interest there is in unusual and scented varieties.  We will have a display in the Floral Marquee and will also once again be dressing the Keder Greenhouse stand too. 

What We’ll Be Bringing

As always, our focus will be on quality, and diversity. We’ll be selecting plants that truly show Pelargoniums at their best, including:

• Heritage and historically interesting varieties
• Scented leaf Pelargoniums with distinctive foliage
• Trusted classics that perform beautifully in pots and containers
• A small number of more unusual or harder-to-find plants including species and new species-hybrids varieties.

Behind the Scenes: Preparing for Show Season

Exhibiting at RHS shows involves months of planning and careful preparation. Plants are selected early, grown on steadily, and regularly assessed to make sure they’re developing well and staying true to type.

Show plants are grown with a little extra attention to detail – spacing, airflow, and timing all matter – but they’re never treated as something separate from our mail-order stock. The same principles apply: healthy plants first, grown properly and quality.

Visiting Us at the Shows

If you’re planning to attend either show, we’d absolutely love you to stop by the stand for a chat. Whether you’re new to Pelargoniums or have been growing them for years, these events are a brilliant opportunity to see the diversity of Pelargoniums, talk to us, and discover new varieties you may not have come across before.

We’ll also be happy to talk through growing tips and help you choose plants that will work well for your space, whether that’s a sunny patio, greenhouse, or windowsill.

Can’t Make It?

If you’re not able to visit us at RHS Badminton or RHS Malvern, don’t worry we will be at a number of other events and shows through the year AND many of the plants we’ll be growing for the shows will also be available through the website, subject to availability.

Our online range will continue to expand as the season progresses, and the newsletter is the best way to stay up to date with what’s ready, what’s limited, and what’s coming next.
